ADP, LLC seeks a UX Designer III at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Analyze software application and business domain data requirements to understand data flow from source to screen when designing software User Interface (UI). Participate in web and mobile UI design applications using various tools to create graphical interfaces. Work with software development teams, content developers, users, and other stakeholders to enhance User Experience (UX) presence. Deliver software application branding design, concept design, visual identity design, illustration design, product wireframes, functional prototypes, low/high fidelity visual mockups, motion graphic design, animation, video design, and post-production. Apply UX design technologies, as well as corporate, organization, and industry standards, to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of software design applications. Communicate with technical and non-technical staff to ensure full integration and goal attainment. Incorporate the ADP User Experience Standards and Templates into work products and application UI design to ensure style sheets, images, and icons are applied correctly.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Product Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus one (1) year of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience.
One (1) year of experience must include: Adobe Creative Cloud; Axure, Omnigraffle or Balsamiq; Sketch App, JustInMind, Figma or Fluid UI; Principle or Flinto; Final Cut Pro or iMovie; Logic Pro or Pro Tools; and CSS.
